UsefulFeedback! is most commonly delivered as an "on-demand", fully managed software as a service solution. This means that you do not need to provide the hardware, software or technical resources required to host and manage the solution. The on-demand solution is paid for through an all-in, annual per-user fee, with a distinction being made between power users and basic users.
- Power users have access to full capture, handling, management and reporting capabilities.
- Basic users may record cases and handle tasks or correspondence arising from cases but cannot manage cases themselves.
Basic users are free of charge and are unlimited on the system. Power users are charged on the basis of £600 (US$900 or Euro 750 or AU$1200) per user per year (minimum of 5 power users).
